Follow these instructions to complete your registration process and access to your property's Verizon Concierge community website.
Existing Residents: If you have not been notified that your Community site has been migrated, you must continue to access your site from the original platform.
Click here to be redirected to that site, then click on Community Registration. Otherwise, follow the instructions below.
- If you were not provided with a code yet:
- Use the "Find My Community" search option below.
- Search either by Name or by Zip Code
- Select the Property and then your associated Living Unit Number
- Enter your Mobile Phone Number and hit GO
- Use the registration code sent to your Mobile phone and enter it into the field labeled, "Enter Registration Code Here"
